Some of you must have wondered about the Swiss Chalet like structure going up on 15 East Madison Ave in Cresskill… Well, the soon to open Farmhouse Cafe will be the new addition to the Tenafly, Cresskill, Closter & Demarest neighborhoods. The Cafe is slated to open May 2012.

The Farmhouse Cafe is the new imitative of Tenafly residents Nathan Kiperman and Nissim Hannina. Kiperman , an architect by profession, is also the owner of Mom’s Cooking in Manhattan and Cresskill. Farmhouse Cafe will feature single tables on the first level and communal tables on the second (style Le Pain Quotidien ) .
The menu will include an extensive juice bar, salads, on-site baked pitas and a variety of Humus salads, cakes and coffee of course. Some of the cooking offered at neighboring Mom’s Cooking will also be available at the Farmhouse Cafe
Positioned with a southern exposure and, having a large outdoor pergola the Farmhouse Cafe is bound to be a destination this coming spring
