A 30 inch main burst on Rt 9W near Englewood Cliffs Wednesday July 13. United water is urging residents of Englewood , Englewood Cliffs and Tenafly to boil the water before consuming it. The company expects repair to be completed by late Thursday July 14. Owing to the burst the JCC in Tenafly will be closed .
